2. Data protection officer / EU contact

For questions about data protection, please contact us at info@infrastructure-scale.com with the subject line “Data Protection Request”. Infrastructure Scale LLC is based in the United States and does not currently maintain a separate EU representative.

3. Personal data we process

We process only the personal data that you voluntarily provide when contacting us, such as your name, email address, company name, and any details you include in your message. We do not process special categories of personal data (Art. 9 GDPR) through this website.

4. Purpose and legal basis

We use your personal data solely to respond to your inquiry, provide offers, and manage our business relationship. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries).

5. Cookies, analytics and third-party services

Essential storage

We store your cookie choice in a first-party cookie and in your browser's local storage ("is-consent-v1"). This is necessary to remember your decision and does not require consent.

Google Ads conversion tracking (only with your consent)

Only if you click "Accept" in the cookie banner do we load Google Ads conversion tracking from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, and Google LLC, USA. It measures whether visits from our ads lead to enquiries. Google may set cookies and process your IP address and device information for this purpose. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). If you click "Decline", the tag is not loaded. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.

Google Fonts

This website loads fonts from Google's servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). When doing so, your browser transmits your IP address to Google. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a consistent presentation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Zoom Scheduler

Our booking calendar ("Book a call") is embedded from Zoom Video Communications, Inc., USA. When the calendar is displayed, Zoom receives your IP address and may set cookies; when you book a call, Zoom processes the details you enter to schedule it. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

Hosting analytics (Lovable)

This website is hosted by Lovable. Lovable's built-in website analytics runs on every page and records page views, visit duration, loading performance and technical errors, together with the page visited, the referring website, campaign parameters in the link (e.g. utm_source), browser type and language, and an approximate country derived from your browser's time zone. To group page views into one visit, a random session ID is stored in a cookie for 30 minutes. No session recordings are made and no form contents are captured. The data is sent via our own domain to Lovable and its analytics service providers and is used to measure reach and fix errors. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a stable website and in measuring its reach (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

6. Data recipients

We do not sell your personal data. Access is limited to authorized personnel and trusted service providers who process data on our behalf under appropriate data-processing agreements (Art. 28 GDPR).

7. International transfers

Infrastructure Scale LLC is based in the United States. If you contact us from the European Economic Area, your data may be transferred to the US. We rely on appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses where required, to ensure an adequate level of protection.

8. Storage duration

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected or as required by applicable law. Inquiry data is generally deleted after the business relationship ends or upon request, unless legal retention obligations apply.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR and applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Rectify inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Request erasure (“right to be forgotten”) (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Restrict processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • Object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
